After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

We ship from our warehouse in New York.

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once processed and ready to leave our warehouse you will receive a second email with tracking information. 

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to track your order.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your order for a full refund.  ALL other returns will not be eligible for a refund.

To return, you MUST obtain RMA# by emailing us at dmitryties@gmail.com.  Orders returned without RMA# will not be eligible for a refund.

ALL items MUST be in the original condition with TAGS to be eligible for a refund. 

Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
